The principal activity of GolDev is large scale development of mixed uses.

 

Primarily we acquire sites that have potential for redevelopment and our role is to promote the site through the planning process, unlock all the development constraints, resolve all the drainage, highway and contamination issues and create a site that is capable of development.

 

Over the years GolDev has been involved in many forms of relocation, so as to create development, from relocating football clubs to schools and a Scout facility, all of which have created predominately residential development.
