Brunel house, Portsmouth

Brunel House is an existing 13 storey office building overlooking Gun Wharf Quay and the sea front, close to the Royal Dock Yard.

 

This was a Joint Venture with Bouygues Developments to create a mixed use tower scheme of approximately 350,000 sq ft comprising Student Accommodation, Residential and some retail.

 

The planning application was refused.
